South Village Estates is a planned subdivision for First Responders and Medium income Families. It is located of the West bank of Jefferson Parish adjacent to the Orleans Parish line. This planned community is within the city limits of Gretna off of the Berhman Highway corridor. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2008.
